Responsibilities:

  • Manage all matters related to proposal defenses and thesis submissions for international students.
  • Advise international students and follow up on their educational issues.
  • Maintain updated statistics of admitted and graduated international students.
  • Continuously monitor all processes related to international educational affairs.
  • Develop course and exam schedules in coordination with the Planning Office Director and group directors.
  • Communicate Planning Office updates to international students.
  • Maintain and update the English version of the faculty website.
  • Prepare special educational support packages for international students under the supervision of the Faculty Education Director.
  • Follow up on requests for international conference and workshop scholarships.
