Iran University of Medical Sciences (IUMS), we offer both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. An undergraduate applicant is a student working toward a Bachelor (B.Sc.) degree. We consider you an undergraduate applicant if you have graduated from high school and are applying to our University. A postgraduate applicant is a student who has already completed and obtained the first-level university study and wishes to pursue his or her education beyond the first-level university study. Postgraduate applicants should have a University degree in a field related to the desired field of study.

The application process

1. All applicants must fill out our Application form.
2. The applicant will receive a confirmation email in 3 working days.
3. The application form will be reviewed in an initial Admission Committee.
4. The application form will be sent to the related School after initial approval of the Admission Committee.
5. If you are successful in your application, you will be asked to confirm your acceptance by forwarding a completed Visa Study Form to the Admissions Office in to process your entry visa. Please do not enter Iran with a tourist visa.

Application  period

At IUMS students’ intake is on September and January. You can submit your application at any time and it will be considered for the next available start date. We recommend you to apply as early as possible, because the visa application process can delay University enrollment.
